Transparent Campaign Planning
Every time we start working with a new client we guide them through the process that we use for link building.
We are really transparent about what we do and the results that our clients can expect.
In case with Spreadsheeto, here is what the original plan looked like:
As you can see the plan is scheduled on the weekly basis, where we want to send as many content promoting emails as possible, while insuring their deliverability (yeap, that’s a thing when you send that many emails).
We also mention that, even though we do our best, we can’t guarantee the X number of links per month because our service depends on quite a number of factors:
- Some people are out of office so we deal with autoresponders
- Negotiations can take weeks
- After the link has been agreed, it can take months before it goes live so we consistently ping those prospects in a non-pushy way
Truly white hat link building that relies on quality content works like this – some months you have plenty of links, whereas others – conversion rates just drop.
Results
As I’m writing this, we built 40 super quality white hat links (with quite a few coming up later).
We paid exactly $0 for all of them as they were obtained without “existing relationships” (that’s a euphemism for buying links).
Everything was done purely through the amazing outreach and negotiation that we do.
